Depression Program
In this 6 lesson program you will learn how to tackle symptoms of depression including persistent sadness, lack of energy, and loss of interest. The program was developed by world-leading researchers and clinicians from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
OCD Program
In this 6 lesson program you will learn how to tackle and improve symptoms of OCD, including distressing and intrusive thoughts or images, urges or compulsions, and repetitive behaviours. The program was developed by world-leading experts from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
Health Anxiety Program
In this 6 lesson program you will learn how to tackle symptoms of health anxiety, including persistent worry about having or developing an illness. The program was developed by world-leading researchers and clinicians from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
Mindfulness-Enhanced CBT Program
This program incorporates principles of both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Training, and was developed to help people who are troubled by both sets of symptoms. It is based on our Anxiety and Depression Program – the program that primary care clinicians generally find most useful for their patients.
Stress Management Program
In this 4 lesson program you will learn how to tackle and improve chronic stress to reduce its impact on your life. The program was developed by world-leading researchers and clinicians from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW, and it is free of charge.
Mindfulness Program
Mindfulness is a specialised skill in mental awareness, attention, and acceptance that is associated with numerous health benefits. This 4 lesson program is designed for people who are interested in learning about mindfulness and meditation. The program is self-paced, but is designed to be completed within 2 months at most, it is free of charge.
Chronic Pain Program
This program has been designed to give you the practical skills to better manage your chronic pain in order to improve your quality of life. The program contains 8 lessons to be completed in your own time at your own pace, aiming to complete a lesson every 1-2 weeks. Most people take up to 16 weeks to complete the program.
Insomnia Program
Insomnia is the most common sleep complaint and involves being concerned about initiating and/or maintaining sleep. In order to help you sleep better we have developed our 4 lesson insomnia program. This program is intended for adults who have been experiencing insomnia for at least 3 months and is free of charge.
Generalised Anxiety Program
In this 6 lesson program you will learn how to tackle symptoms of generalised anxiety including persistent and excessive worry, fear of uncertainty, and physical tension. The program was developed by world-leading researchers and clinicians from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
Pregnancy Anxiety and Depression Program
In this 3 lesson program, you will learn how to tackle anxiety and depression during pregnancy and gain ‘MUMentum’. The program was developed by world-leading researchers and clinicians from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
Postnatal Anxiety and Depression Program
People with anxiety and depression experience excessive worry, persistent sadness, and avoid situations they feel they cannot cope with. In this 3 lesson program you will learn how to tackle postnatal symptoms of anxiety and depression, and re-gain your ‘MUMentum’. The program was developed by world-leading researchers and clinicians from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
Post Traumatic Stress Program
In this 8 lesson program, you will learn how to tackle and improve post traumatic stress symptoms, such as intrusive and distressing memories or flashbacks of the traumatic event(s). The program was developed by world-leading experts from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
Social Anxiety Program
In this 6 lesson program you will learn how to tackle social anxiety, including persistent fear of being judged or embarrassment, and difficulty being in social situations. The program was developed by world-leading experts from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
Panic Program
People with panic disorder experience unpredictable attacks of severe fear, discomfort and strong physical symptoms such as racing heart, sweating, dizziness, and shortness of breath. This program provides information about how panic disorder develops, and practical strategies and techniques to overcome symptoms. It involves six lessons to be completed over a 12 week period.
Anxiety and Depression Program
People with depression and anxiety experience persistent sadness, low energy, excessive worry, and avoid situations they feel they cannot cope with. This program is designed for people who experience both depression and anxiety, and was developed by researchers and clinicians from St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
