As someone who has used EAP services through multiple workplaces, I can confidently say EAP Assist has been the best experience I’ve had.

I felt genuinely heard, understood, and validated throughout the process. My counsellor took the time to understand my situation with patience and compassion, even when I struggled to explain things in a perfectly chronological or linear way.

The support I received was professional, person-centred, and incredibly valuable during a difficult period. I would highly recommend EAP Assist to anyone seeking compassionate and effective support.
P.S. Kerry is wonderful at what she does. Kerry was incredibly warm and made me feel safe, understood, and supported throughout the process.

Wonderful service!
I have had multiple issues at work, and I have spoken with two different counsellors with this service, and both have been just wonderful.
Different methods, both addressing the issue, offering my compassion and validation, and giving me valuable tools to move forward.

I am incredibly luck to have found Kerry - she saved my emotional, physical and mental state! After a stressful day at work, amongst toxic people, toxic work load and a toxic organisation, It was absolutely refreshing to be heard, seen and completely understood. I am still smiling, compared to how the first 10 minutes went (I was very angry, upset and mentally run-down). The suggestions, tools, action plan I devised with Kerry enabled me to see with clarity, feel peace, and calm, and KNOW, I will get through this - and be better off across work, life, family, balance. Thanks a mint Kerry, you are more than worth your weight in gold!
I encourage anyone experiencing a stressful work day, work type stress, work place toxicity, to use EAP (try and get Kerry from Queensland) you will definitely be better off.

Confidential. Very beneficial, with a wealth of aftercare provided (reading, self-help exercises etc)

I've always heard positive things about EAP and recommend people to use this service, but I had never used it before. Now that I have used the service, I can definitely say use it if you need it or have access to it. EAP assist provided supportive service by phone, Mon to Sat, there are always timeslot to book online, my counsellor, Kerry is super professional, supportive which guided me to be open-minded, my mindset start to shift after the resources she provided. The world did not change but my mindset is not the same. I see problem in another way which is now guiding me to another life path.
