EAP Assist is a work-based intervention program designed to enhance the emotional, pyschological and general wellbeing of all employees in Australia & overseas. The aim being to provide preventive and proactive interventions for the early detection, identification and resolution of both work based and personal problems that may adversely affect employees’ performance and wellbeing. These problems and issues may include, but are not limited to, relationships, health, trauma, substance abuse, gambling and other addictions, financial problems, stress, depression, anxiety disorders, communication problems, termination and redundancy and coping with change. Also, our services are significntly less than all other providers from $40 p/h and are kept to a minimum as the result of an efficient business model & ethical profit margins ensuring that we adhere to our Mission Statement that all employees should be able to access Employee Assistance Program support services.
EAP Assist offers several different Employee Assistance Program plans to suit your company needs
STARTER PLAN
Up to 50 staff
$60 per hour
- 25 counselling hours annually = $1500 +GST
SMALL PLAN
50 to 100 staff
$60 per hour
- 50 counselling hours annually = $3K +GST
MEDIUM PLAN
100 to 250 staff
$50 per hour
- 100 counselling hours annually = $5K +GST
LARGE PLAN
250 to 1000 staff
$40 per hour
- 250 counselling hours annually = $10K +GST
