EAP Assist is Australia’s largest & most trusted Employee Assistance Program Provider with costs as low as $40 p/h, or $20 per employee per annum, which is significantly less than all other EAP Providers with most charging between $200 to $300 p/h for similar or often lesser services.

Also, we do not charge any registration or management fees, unlike most other EAP providers who charge $1000s simply to register. Furthermore, there are no complicated contracts nor any hidden fees or costs as all our services are completely transparent and are listed on our About Page.

Plans may be purchased based on employee numbers. Also, any unused hours carry forward to the following year’s Plan (not included in Starter Plan). Discounts also apply for multiple year purchases.

Costs are kept to a minimum as the result of an efficient business model & ethical profit margins ensuring we adhere to our Mission Statement that that all Australian workplaces are able to access efficient, effective &  affordable Employee Assistance Program Services.
