According to a recent survey of some 52,000 employees from 135 companies a great place to work is one where you:

 

  1. Trust the people you work
  2. Have pride in what you do
  3. Enjoy the people you work with
  4. Achieve organisational objectives
  5. Have a level of team collaboration
  6. Are productive

 

The most common theme throughout the survey is that success stems from a culture of trust and mutual respect.
