EAP Assist offers several different Employee Assistance Program plans to suit your company needs

EAP Assist is Australia’s leading EAP Provider with costs as low as $40 p/h being significantly less than all other providers with most charging between $200 to $300 p/h for similar or lesser services.
Also, we do not charge any registration or management fees, unlike most other EAP providers who charge $1000s simply to register. Furthermore, there are no complicated contracts nor minimum spend requirements nor any other fees or charges. Our costs include all services & are completely transparent.
The below staff numbers per Plan are recommended only & employers may choose a Plan based on their projected usage. Also, unused hours carry forward to the following year’s Plan (not included in Starter Plan*). Discounts also apply for multiple year purchases. For all further details please see FAQs page.
Costs are kept to a minimum as the result of an efficient business model & ethical profit margins ensuring we adhere to our Mission Statement that all employees should be able to access EAP support services.

STARTER PLAN
Up to 50 staff- 25 counselling hours annually = $1500 +GST*
SMALL PLAN
50 to 100 staff- 50 counselling hours annually = $3K +GST
MEDIUM PLAN
100 to 250 staff- 100 counselling hours annually = $5K +GST
LARGE PLAN
250 to 500 staff- 250 counselling hours annually = $10K +GST
